We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Processing / Shipping:

As we are giving away products for free, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the colour or model you ordered is available in stock, but we make every effort to send you the requested colour and model where possible. Please include the correct model #, description or colour etc. otherwise a random colour will be sent out.
Delivery takes between 6-8 weeks.

All products will be shipped from our china / Hong Kong warehouses.
Your package will be shipped out 1-5 business days after the shipping charges are received by us.
We only ship to physical address.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
We will refund your shipping charges if you have not received product after 10 weeks.
No refund or exchange if you change your mind as you are not paying for the product.
We will exchange the product within 7 days upon receiving, only if product is defective.
Free shipping but taxes not included.
Return shipping for faulty products will borne by you the customer to return them to us.

Customs:
We always declare low value for each package or as sample.
If the packages are detained by Customs after the shipment has been left the seller’s country, we are willing to resend your orders as long as you can provide a new address, or we will give you full refund for your shipping charges if you have not received after 10 weeks to ensure you lose nothing in the transaction.

Quality Promise:
We are in the business and we understand quality is the key. All products are quality checked before shipment. We can always replace the faulty items as per the info given above.

Returns & Feedback:

We do our best to provide you with great customer experience.
We will refund you if you return the items within 7 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions.
If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
Buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
